Bloomberg announced that before Wednesday strikes, the defense minister Asif warned against the “approaching” clash with India as a dispute over river water and blame for the terrorist attack of Kahsmir. Earlier on that day Pakistani officials said that India almost completely stopped the water flow across the border through the Chenab River.
