That's an act of giving the wheel to your inner wisdom and inner power to take over exactly as you would when you need someone to do something for you that you know can do a good job and you ask for help. Let your higher self take the lead. For that sometimes you have to learn a few things and see others from a different perspective ( as though that were children without talking down at them ) and often times with adults you have to teach more by example and let the time ( as you would when you plant a seed ) give results.
Who by yelling at a plant to grow will grow faster ? Work on you first and shield 🛡️ yourself in knowledge so you are not as offended and react by yelling at the plant.
There is so much more to the Dynamics of every relationship and what you can and cannot do in them but when you are in a place where you simply just cannot get out immediately try the latter.
I hope this helps but you won't know until you try and give it time.

I researched dignity-kind of all goes together: self esteem, self love, self worth, self appreciation, self confidence, and self care deep work and growth to be in these states, and very well worth it

We all deserve the dignity! But we must see we deserve to love ourselves and get over ourselves! Punky Brewster knew! The consciousness of God's inspires us to he our best self! Not caring about what anyone else thinks. Because we know better. We can't force nobody to learn if they can't read! Idiots stay in a stupid bliss, because they are just idiots. Who cant read much less act better! ❤

It's hard to change ourselves rather than to blame others by demanding they change or apologize.
The easy ways are usually not the right ways. It's better to put the work and effort in and then we get rewarded. Sometimes, when we become the better person we get the apology, but then we find we don't need it, because our valudation for who we are is knowing how much effort it took to become better than what we were.

I had to listen 5 times… this short has made more of a thought-provoking moment for me than decades of therapy. Damn. Very powerful ❤

I knew that if I wanted to heal from what my ex did to me that he would never admit that what he did to me was so terrible let alone apologize. So for me to heal, I have to work on me and make me batter. I am so grateful for the people in my life that are helping me on this journey.
