During an appearance on Fox News over the weekend, Donald Trump discussed Jimmy Kimmel stabbing him on the Oscars. Trump expressed surprise that Kimmel read Trump’s offensive posts about him on air (“All he had to do was keep his mouth shut”). The former president also insisted that it was his posts, not Kimmel’s on-air response, that went viral: “Haven’t you already passed your time in prison?”
“I guess I shouldn’t be surprised,” Kimmel said Monday. “I mean, Donald Trump has said I have no talent so many times that Eric is starting to get jealous.”
