It's punny, dark and definitely does not pass the wind test. Pass.
Offering a Han Shot Raw First shirt?
Nikon please give me this lens I really like it but I don't have enough money 🙁
Never happy with one lens options. The wide isn't wide enough and too slow. The tele is long enough but way too slow. So unsatisfactory photos all round just to save a few lens swap outs.
when i 1st saw the f8 ,i thought its a misprint from manufracture .Its it mirror lens ? I think Tamron f stop & range make more sense . Having to use higher ISO ,lowering image quality .have a grainy photo& detail lost ,such as insect or any fine objects. You are right for anyone who doesn't care for IQquality
Lens in a cage fight ?….this v sig 60 600 for the world lens to rule them all fight belt if they were not inanimate objects pow take that 600 bam uppercut that 28 mm lean more the sig but I'm into reach
All great info. Definitely a lens that should make your bag if you're not doing anything specific. I was impressed with the sharpness even though it's used on a Z9. Wonder how it would preform on a Z6II and below. Thanks again.
Just ordered it but will use it on my z8. I love a super zoom. Always remember the sharpest lens is a tripod. Have been using the 24-200 for about 2 years now and love the lens
Wow surprised Jared has B&H as a sponsor after advertising for Allen's camera so long.
Meanwhile if this was a Canon lens it would be a f/8-16 🤭
tamron made an 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 lets see a side by side comparison
I have to say skitles is my favorite one for my daughters soccer pictures i take .. great vide as always
This with the 17-28 or the 14-30, maybe a 40 f/2 for low light, would be a nice travel kit.
I’d also argue this would be more discrete at your kid’s baseball game than the 180-600.
I actually do not like background separation at all. It's not a feature, but a bug that you have to accept, if you do not have enough light. I prefer my photos without any toneh.
I preorder mine but I am really just waiting for the z6iii
Outstanding
Thanks for the review! Definitely on my list for future Z Mount glass!
This should be available for the L MOUNT ALLIANCE (alliance, alliance, alliance…) so the alliance can RULE THEM ALL. And forever (long exposure) in darkness (small aperture) bind them.
Would I be wrong by saying that this would be awesome for weddings, paired with a Z8 or Z9, set the aperture to F8 and Go.
But… you can fix the noise that will come with high iso with lightroom
seems like a solid replacement for the 28-300 + f-mount adapter…
