Two FBI agents said that there is no way his injuries were caused by a car hitting him. Waste of tax payers money to retry the case when the officers didn’t follow rules of evidence, they inverted film of the car and the dog bites and marks are on his arm. They also didn’t investigate anything in the house to rule out that something happened inside.
