The best on camera light modifier I ever used for these situations was the lightsphere fron gary fong. The only problem was how to put it on. It was. A pain. Magmod came along with the magnets but never liked it.
Hey Cassidy I’d recommend looking into cross polarization, if you had a film over your flash and CPL filter you could get that nice even lighting without the hotspots. It’ll also reduce the “wetness” of skin when exposed to bright light.
they re all terrible😅
I will still go with the flash pointed to the side (wall)
You can also use a veritable flash bracket, which would get rid of your flash shadow definitely….👍
I used [ -1] bounce the ceiling without any diffuser. I got the best result.
What about the reflector card attachment?
None of these look good. Off camera flash all the way.
Invest in a real tripod , buy an L bracket- you’ll love it
No cover pointing up seemed best !

Did you get the first one from temu?
Get it off the camera if poss….
Really great
Ugh that's the best flash ever.
Bounce it back away up the ceiling and +2 on ttl
better to use off-camera flash and try not to point directly toward the subject. Start with using the lowest power on the flash.
I put condom on the flash
