Dr. Ag is the one person I follow when it comes to AI & ML and he gives accurate information and practical applications in AI field in which he's worked & taught for years. I would advise anyone who wishes to learn about AI to take his courses on Coursera: AI for everyone and Gen AI for everyone. These 2 provide the fundamentals you need if you want to enrich your skillset or break into tech.

We built our own models first. We then created the required data sets, now we are building agents and we have the required training protocols in place. More robust and validated data sets equals better outcomes and quality in actual agents. One needs a lot of data though. Its not a quick process. We are 2 years into our heavy R&D. Its so amazing to be in this field.
