I&M Bank, in cooperation with Mastercard, launched the “I&M Milele Rewards” program. The latest program builds on the bank’s previous card loyalty initiative, which has seen debit and bank card holders receiving money back incentives for point-of-sale (POS) and e-commerce transactions for the past three years.
The introduction of the Milele Rewards program marks a big evolution in I&M Bank’s loyalty program, offering more relevant and versatile rewards tailored to changing customer needs.
The program offers rewards to I&M Bank debit and bank card holders, with the bank being the one bank in Kenya to supply a 100% conversion rate (loyalty point to Kenyan shilling 1:1) into rewards points. Cardholders can now earn as much as 2% back on their spending, with rewards increasing with higher card type and better spending levels.

This program, developed in strategic cooperation with Mastercard, is greater than only a loyalty program. Our goal is to reward our customers with lifestyle offers tailored to their needs and enhancing their experiences at every touchpoint.
The I&M Milele Rewards program allows customers to redeem Milele points to make reservations on over 1,650 airlines and hotels all over the world, in addition to redeem points for vouchers for use at local retail partners across the country. The goal of this increased flexibility and accessibility is to raise the client experience and deliver significant value.
