At CES 2025, Belkin announced a latest MagSafe accessory for iPhone. Called PowerGrip, it attaches magnetically to the back of your iPhone and provides your iPhone with two functions.
The first feature is that the accessory acts as a MagSafe power bank for your iPhone, and the second is that you may add a grip to carry your iPhone around like a traditional DSLR-like camera.
Belkin’s PowerGrip also has a retractable USB-C cable, a built-in 10,000mAh battery, and 7.5W wireless iPhone charging. It also has a small LED screen on the front that shows how much battery is left. It will probably be available in five colours, including powder blue, sandbox, fresh yellow, black and pepper.
From Belkin’s press release:
PowerGrip combines the functionality of a high-capacity power bank with the practicality of an ergonomic phone holder, redefining the best way consumers can conserve energy on the go. Designed for creators, travelers and multitaskers, PowerGrip features a 10,000 mAh battery, 7.5W wireless magnetic charging, USB-C output ports, a retractable USB-C charging cable and an LED screen showing percentage battery charge. It will probably be offered in a number of colours – powder blue, sandbox, fresh yellow, pepper and lavender – to best suit the user’s creative aesthetic.
Belkin says it is going to be available in May this 12 months, with pricing to be announced at a later stage.
