About 12 years ago, in 2006, I had what I felt at the moment with the largest technological change in my life. I switched from my computer to my first MacBook Pro. At that point, switching computer operating systems gave the impression to be a huge abyss, but I did it and I’m glad that I did it. My most important motivation was that I used to be uninterested in all of the mistakes I received from computers, and all my friends with Mac just said almost the identical: “It just works.” After hearing it, I broke enough and decided that it was time to vary.
Over the past decade, this primary decision has introduced dozens of latest Apple products to my life. Every three years I updated MacBook Pro. I purchased Mac Mini for the kitchen, which I updated to a prettier iMac. I purchased a high -class iMac to edit my photos for my home office. I purchased a cinema display as a second monitor. I spent the night in line to purchase the primary iPhone. I purchased an iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, 5, 6s, and recently 10. I purchased iPads, MacBook Pro and iPhone for my wife and children. I at all times buy Apple Care. Apple iCloud storage, movies, television programs, Airpods, the list is long.
I have never added all this yet, but I’d say that over the past decade I even have easily spent tens of hundreds of dollars on Apple products.
It seems to me that in some unspecified time in the future I purchased every product as a good Apple consumer, which should … except the watch. The watch is silly for me. If I need to know what time it is, I can just take a look at my phone. I have never worn a watch for 20 years. I don’t need an uncomfortable thing attached to my hand, and my health is ok that I don’t have to continually lead ECG or I even have someone notification if I fall and I can not come back (which has not happened in over 50 years once I was on the planet).
Unfortunately, for me it is Apple TV, which I even have at all times been essentially the most enthusiastic about and which unfortunately frustrated me greater than some other gadget I’ve ever had. I purchased every version of Apple TV because they were released diligently. Giving Apple my hard -earned money for the promise of something wonderful, the chance to view my photos in my front room – and it was a completely frustrating experience along the way in which.
I’m unsure why I’m writing this post on the blog about Apple TV. I have never blogged for a very long time. In part, this is probably Kathars for me. I partially feel that tonight I surrender photos and I hope that perhaps in the future someone Google might be Google one in every of my error codes and could have a higher answer. Maybe someone will read it and have a suggestion that I didn’t consider. Maybe someone will suggest a higher solution to view photos on TV.
My latest problem revolves across the recent 4K TV. From six Apple TVs in my house I even have two connected to Vizio 4K TVs. Of course, I updated to 4K Apple TV, since it is sensible to have a 4K TV without a 4K device.
For essentially the most part, through the entire period of lifetime of the photos of Appletv products were frustrating. I even have a large library of images that I need to play in my Apple TV. I exploit home sharing and indicate iTunes to the image folder and I’m asking for my Apple TVS to send these images to stream. (File >> Sharing the House >> Select photos to share Apple TV …) Often, my applets lose connections with my iTunes library, and the one solution to recreate the photos is to quit iTunes and again again. I’d often must restart Apple TVs. Apple TV would work in life, but then the attic couldn’t connect. The one within the attic would work, however the one within the bedroom wouldn’t connect. It was a continuous exercise of frustration. I set all Apple TVs to update robotically and continually check updates to make use of them manually.
About a 12 months ago I spent a few weeks working with Apple engineers. They sent me this packaging on e -mile, and I’d do various things, I run the software for registration and send me diary files. After a few weeks and many journal files, I received a reply about a 12 months ago that Apple engineers found a problem related to my Apple TVS continually disconnecting from sharing the home and that the amendment will come. They couldn’t tell me once they said it was a problem with their end and checking updates. So at the least I wasn’t completely crazy and at the least there was hope … A bit?
Although it was a frustrating solution to use my applet, a payment related to leisure on the couch and watching my life, my photos that I really like a lot, while having fun with a glass of wine was such a high payment that I knew it … As long as unfortunately now with the most recent terrifying tvos12 update.
Last week I updated all my Apple TV to tvos12. In my Apple TVs it is not the identical sad, frustrating experience related to the restart of Apple TV, resumption, my imac, restarting iTunes to make it continually. But once they work, it can play my photos for many hours. Unfortunately, in two photos of Apple TVS 4K fall into 100% of cases. Usually in 10 seconds, but sometimes I could make them play for 20 seconds or 45 seconds, and possibly even 2 minutes before the failure. But they break up in 100% of cases. I spent at the least 20 hours, attempting to fix my photos over the past week (including a good 3 -hour telephone conversation last night with Apple Care technology), but nothing works.
If I attempt to stream photos on my iMac to my Apple 4K TVs, the photos fall out. If I attempt to stream photos on my MacBook Pro on my 4K Apple TVs, photos of the failure. If I attempt to stream photos to my home network to 4K Appletvs, photos of failure. If I create a hotspot with my iPhone with only my MacBook Pro and one failure of Apple TV 4K photos.
If as a substitute of indicating sharing a house in a folder, I import all photos for the Apple Photos application on my iMac (I hate the Apple Photos application on my iMac) and divide myself from there, as a substitute of the photo of failures.
Each time after the photo failure on the screen there is a short message concerning the error for about 1 second, which is: “No available iTunes libraries. Home sharing allows you to stream the content from the iTunes computer library to Apple TV. To access the iTunes library, turn on your home to share your computer on your computer and use Apple ID.”

I made sure that the photos I need to share are on the inner hard disks of the devices that I attempt to send a stream. Even yesterday I updated to the brand new Apple OS Mojave, within the hope that it might probably fix it. I turned on and off the router Comcast.
The most significant thing is that simply nothing I can take to make photos work on my Apple 4K TVs from the time of updating to tvos 12. And in fact Apple is not going to mean you can throw the operating system on Apple TV back to the previous version, so there is no way out with tvos 12 Hell. I made a reset of the entire device back to the factory settings, but as a substitute of resetting it back to the factory setting from the moment I purchased it. He will reset him back to the factory settings for tvos 12.
Apple Tech, with whom I spent hours on my phone, suggested that I’d take my MacBook Pro and my Applet 4K to the Apple Store and made an appointment to indicate them there. In the afternoon I had a visit at 14.00 to do that, but after sleeping last night trying to resolve problems with the Apple TV, I just couldn’t undergo it today. It’s just an excessive amount of, too early.
In the meantime, plainly I wasted $ 200 for any useless hockey discs on the apple, but possibly in some unspecified time in the future I’ll regain strength to try again, or possibly someday, somewhere I’ll find the reply about tips on how to re -send me photos of devices.
Or possibly I abandoned Windows in 2006, now it is time to provide up Apple again and can find something that you understand: “just works.”

I feel that if I take these photos of the sequence, not to interrupt up instantly. It is only a matter of time before they break down again, but sometimes it might probably take several hours.
