A possible client or customer sends you a private message to learn more about your offer. You reply() with all the main points.
And then… crickets.
You’ll never hear from them again.

Here is the Cliff Notes version:
Step 1: Add a clear call to motion to your DM reply.
Share details and invite your follower to book a session, ask questions, purchase a special package, etc.
Step 2: Set a reminder to contact us 24-48 hours later.
Just reply and ask in the event that they have any questions!
Step 3: Ask a query.
Be interested in the person you DMed and get to know them a little more. If you run a microblading business, ask in the event that they have done microblading before. If you sell handmade soaps, ask about their favorite scents. Building relationships is KEY to closing the sale.
Step 4: Get involved.
After you respond to a prospect or customer, go to their account and like their latest post, comment on their story, etc. Show them that you simply really care about them!
Step 5: Link to the DM demo of your services or products.
It doesn’t have to be fancy – it could even be a before and after reel that you’ve got created in the past. Just show them a little more about what you offer!
