Teachers in the Colonial School District will be seeing double as 17 sets of twins enter kindergarten in the 2023-24 school yr.
Seven sets of twins will attend Ridge Park Primary School, six sets of twins will start at Whitemarch Primary School and 4 sets of twins will start at Plymouth Primary School.
According to the school district, that is the highest number of twins.
District officials call them the “twins” and say students are very excited to start school, especially since they have already got a built-in buddy.
“We always have each other,” said Chloe and Audrey Ugas, who will attend Ridge Park.
“I can hug my brother any time I want,” said (*5*) Dorman, who will also attend Ridge Park.
District officials said students are looking forward to playing on the playground, learning and making latest friends.
The twin’s first day of school will be Monday, September 11.
