HC was chosen using a properly administered order. During the HC selection process, it turned out to be the very best general service provider. The contract was properly negotiated with the town. Due to the dispute with the subcontractor, the town decided to issue a short lived/emergency agreement. The dispute with the subcontractor has been resolved. There are not any more emergency accidents. In this manner, the town issued a notification of termination of a short lived/emergency agreement. HC is ready to begin and perform on August 1ST. We are looking forward to our ability to perform at a high level.
