The tenant will likely be a microbrewery that may produce just below 12,500 barrels a 12 months.

The construction value is greater than $960,000 and renovations are being performed by Arch Builders LLC.

Prior to construction, the property had 1,400 square feet of café space. It may have a further 400 square feet of patio space and 4,000 square feet of outdoor space for a dog park. This is in keeping with Southeast Commercial Real Estate’s listing of currently rented properties as of October 8, 2024.

The constructing at 609 Jackson Ave. is in the process of redeveloping an abandoned hospital into a mixed-use residential and industrial complex.

Entergy issued fire pump service permits totaling $3 million, and the work was accomplished by Hai Du Nguyen.

Ultimately, the facility will include nearly 14,000 square feet of industrial space and 105 residential units.

On the eastern side, the 4-story facility may have 375 parking spaces. 4300 Jourdan Road, occupied by Dupuy Storage, will undergo $1.4 million in roof replacements.

The work will include dismantling the roof and installing a latest Duro-Last PVC roof membrane with none changes to the structure itself.

The work will likely be performed by Fischer’s Inc.

At 614 Canal St. Glenn A. Cordes will install latest generators with a total cost of $864,000.

12000 Hayne Blvd. will see HVAC repairs and replacements totaling nearly $830,000 by Industrial and Mechanical Contractors Inc.
