The partnership will provide essential services and activities to support and improve the well-being of older people in the community.
As a trusted source of support for serving staff, veterans and their families, SSAFA Hampshire’s contribution will directly fund the vital services offered by Age Concern Hampshire. This will allow the charity to expand its reach and help more older people in need, providing resources, care and companionship to help them maintain their independence and improve their wellbeing.

Established in 1985, Age Concern Hampshire provides services to Hampshire’s older community.
